PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR

Studio Policies

No perfumes or heavy oils and creams. Deep breathing is an important aspect of our Pilates practice and strong scents can be a health issue for some. In addition, some of these products can damage the equipment.

No sharp objects in your hair or on your clothing. For example, hair accessories, long necklaces, clothing with clasps or zippers as they can damage/interfere with the equipment.

Please arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled start time. We ask that you do not enter the studio until the class/session before yours has finished and participants have had time to exit.

When you arrive at the studio, please remove your shoes, stow your belongings and silence your phone. We recommend only bringing your necessary items.

Grip socks are required when in the studio for safety and sanitary purposes. You are, of course, welcome to purchase these grip socks through any retailer, however, we will have some of our favorites for sale in the studio.

Injuries or Health Conditions? Let your instructor know about any injuries (past or present), and/or any health conditions including pregnancy & postpartum that may effect your workout. If something does not feel good/right don't do it! Ask for a modified option and refrain from pushing yourself into doing something you don't feel comfortable with.

Be sure to sign up online prior to class. Please log into your account via our website or using the Momence scheduling app and enroll prior to class. If you need assistance with this please call or text us at (310) 320-6610.

A 24-hour notice is required for class all cancellations If we do not receive a 24-hour notice you will be charged in full (in other words you will lose the class credit) - If you do not cancel yourself from the class this means that anyone on a waitlist would not be added to the roster, and no one would be able to use your spot. To request leniency on the policy due to emergency or illness, send a request to us via text or Email but only after you have cancelled yourself.

If you choose to utilize the waitlist, please only add yourself to the waitlist for classes you plan to attend. If you are moved into the class, the cancellation policy applies, so please be on standby. If you add yourself to multiple waitlists in the same day and get in to multiple classes, the cancellation policy applies. If you make plans that will interfere with your ability to attend a class that you are on the waitlist for, please call or text us so we can remove you and bump up anyone behind you on the list.

All class packages expire 1 year from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Discounted plans/passes are not extendable and often expire in 3-6 months.

If you think you may be more than 15 minutes late to class consider cancelling. Out of respect for other class participants and for your safety, we can not admit anyone to a group class that arrives more than 15 minutes after the start time.

And last but not least… Please be kind to one another. Most of us are doing our best and you never know what someone is dealing with behind the scenes on any given day.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your life and for helping us build this wonderful and real community.
