Reformer Classes

  • This is our dynamic Reformer Pilates class! In this class, you'll experience an exciting workout that combines traditional Pilates techniques with infused with modern exercise science. This class is designed to provide you with a fun and challenging workout that delivers exceptional results.

    Using state-of-the-art reformer machines, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of low-impact exercises that focus on strengthening your core, toning your muscles, and improving your flexibility. With a focus on controlled movements, proper breathing techniques, and precise alignment, you'll quickly feel your body transform as you tone and sculpt your muscles.

    But don't worry, this isn't your average Pilates class. Our classes are full of energy and enthusiasm, and we encourage our participants to let loose and have fun! With upbeat music and a supportive community, you'll leave every class feeling energized, refreshed, and accomplished.

    Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, our classes are designed to challenge you and help you reach your fitness goals. Come join us for a fun, challenging, and transformative Pilates experience!

    *New clients are required to take an Intro class or 1-2 Private sessions before joining a group.

In this class, we'll use specialized reformer machines and the Pilates jumpboard to provide a fun and challenging workout that will deliver incredible results.

    Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of dynamic exercises that are designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. We'll focus on proper breathing techniques and controlled movements to help you maximize your calorie burn and improve your overall fitness level.

    Our jumpboard exercises are perfect for adding an extra layer of intensity to your Pilates workout, providing a high-impact cardio element that will help you achieve incredible results. You'll tone and sculpt your muscles while also boosting your metabolism and burning fat.

    But don't worry, we know that workouts can be tough, which is why we make sure our classes are full of energy and fun. With upbeat music and a supportive community, you'll leave every class feeling worked, energized, and accomplished.

  • This class is a unique blend of two of the most popular fitness styles - Reformer Pilates and Barre. By combining the strengthening and toning elements of the Reformer with the sculpting and lengthening movements of Barre, we have created a class that will challenge your body in new and exciting ways.

    We will incorporate dynamic movements to get your heart rate up and pair them with classic Barre movements such as plies, relevés, and all the pulses.You won’t leave the studio without feeling the burn in your core, legs, arms and bum.

    Throughout the class, we will use upbeat music to keep you motivated and energized. We often use the Bala Bangles, small weights and resistance bands to add an extra challenge to your workout.

    Whether you are new to Reformer Pilates and Barre or a seasoned practitioner, this class will offer something new and challenging for everyone.

    Warning: This class is a booty burner. Proceed at your own risk. Not recommended for beginners.

  • This class is designed for individuals who have already established a strong foundation in Pilates and are comfortable with the alignment, breath and flow.

    Throughout the class, we will place an extra challenge on balance and coordination, workshopping more advanced exercises that require stability and control.

    This class is perfect for individuals who are looking to take their Pilates practice to the next level and challenge themselves both mentally and physically. With a focus on proper technique and alignment, you can expect to see improvements in your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

    Not suitable for beginners. Must be comfortable and able to bear weight on wrists in plank, balance while standing on the reformer, and perform squats and lunges without pain.

  • Prepare for an exhilarating workout experience! Get ready to sweat, shake, laugh, and feel the burn as we push ourselves in this Athletic Reformer class.

    We'll target your abs, arms, and a$$, improving stability, and boosting athleticism. And as always, we'll work on your core strength, posture, and body awareness.

    This class is spicy, with bursts of cardio, heavier weights, and creative, dynamic, high-energy Reformer moves.

    Not recommended for beginners. You must have prior Reformer experience, healthy and mobile joints, and no active injuries.

Group Movement Classes

    Our Mat Pilates class, offers a workout that's perfect for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level! In this class, we'll focus on strengthening your core, improving your flexibility, and toning your muscles in a low-impact and gentle manner.

    Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that are designed to improve your posture, balance, and overall physical well-being. We'll focus on controlled movements and proper breathing techniques to help you build strength and stability while also reducing stress and tension.

    Mat Pilates is an excellent way to improve your overall fitness level, with benefits that extend far beyond the studio. Regular practice can help you increase your range of motion, reduce your risk of injury, and improve your mental clarity and focus.

    Our instructors are great at providing modifications and alternatives to accommodate any physical limitations you may have.

  • This class is perfect for anyone looking to sweat, move, and feel like a badass with a good ass.. This class brings the heat with upbeat music, creative movement, and a vibe that's all about laughing through the challenge.

    You don’t have to be a dancer to channel your inner ballerina with glute burning pliés and leg lenthening relevés. We’ll work on strengthening, elongating and balancing your body from head to toe. These exercises will leave you feeling the burn.

    We often add in small weights or resistance bands to up the intensity.

    This class is perfect for anyone who wants to work hard, sweat, and have fun while doing it. We hope you’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and ready to conquer the world- or at least the day!

    *Open to all levels. Must be able to squat, lunge and get up and down from the floor without pain.

  • Choreographed to your favorite Top 40 hits, a Pop Pilates class rhythmically flows from one exercise to the next. Leaving no muscle untouched. It is a mat-based fusion of dance inspired movements that will get your heart pumping. Guaranteed to make you smile.

  • This unique class combines the strength and flexibility benefits of Pilates with the added challenge of suspension training on the TRX system.

    Throughout this class, we apply the Pilates principles to the wildly effective TRX training system to engage your core, improve your balance, and increase your overall strength and endurance. Combined with traditional Mat Pilates exercises we will focus on building long, lean muscles while also improving your posture and flexibility.

    The class will be led by a certified instructor who will guide you through a variety of movements that target every major muscle group in your body. You can expect to work on everything from your glutes and thighs to your arms and shoulders.

    Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to challenge you at your own level. The TRX system allows for modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of each exercise by adjusting your stance, making it a great choice for all fitness levels.

  • Welcome to our new Pilates Circuit class - a fusion of Mat Pilates, Barre, and Pilates Springboard! This class is designed to challenge your entire body and give you a fun and effective workout that will leave you feeling toned and glowy.

    What is the Pilates Springboard, you might ask? It is a unique piece of wall-mounted Pilates equipment with springs and straps attached. It allows for a wide range of exercises that can be modified to suit any fitness level, making it a versatile tool for Pilates enthusiasts allowing us to explore the Cadillac repertoire in a group setting.

    In this class, you will move through a series of fast-paced exercises that will target your core, legs, arms, and booty. We will begin with a warm-up that combines Pilates and Barre techniques to get your heart rate up and your forehead glistening.

    Next, we will move on to the Pilates Springboard, where you will use the springs and straps to challenge your strength and stability. You will perform a variety of exercises that will challenge your balance while standing which is different to the work you may be used to on the Reformer.

    We will then transition back to the mat for a series of classic Pilates exercises that tone your midsection and fire up all the layers of your abdominals.

    Throughout the class, we will use upbeat music to keep you motivated and smiling. This class is perfect for anyone looking to mix up their workout routine and challenge their body in new ways.

  • This class promotes breath, control, and mindfulness through an uplifting, steady flow of yoga postures. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each pose with a focus on breath control and mindfulness techniques, such as ujjayi breath and meditation. Suitable for all levels, this class is designed to cultivate a deeper awareness of the body and mind. Our skilled and experienced instructor will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments as needed to help you find your perfect flow. You will leave the class feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected to your body and breath.
