So Grateful for. Living in Gratitude has saved me and continues to help me heal. It is a guiding principle for me. Knowing this human experience is not an easy journey and i feel blessed for my privileged life. I don't mean $ or status. I am referring to growing up in a loving family. Allowed to practice freely etc...much of what we in US take for granted. So much oppression out there. .

Tell us about your pets!

Right now we have one dog Chaz. She is a wired-haired pointing griffon-WPG for short. She lost her sister Josie, my dog, in Sept of 2023. She has never been alone so this is an adjustment period for her. In the past, we had up to 5 WPG's in the house!

Cathleen's Pilates journey began after facing significant health challenges. Determined to regain her strength and mobility, she discovered Pilates and its transformative power. Through consistent practice, she not only achieved pain-free movement but also unlocked a newfound sense of joy and accomplishment. Her story serves as a powerful reminder that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

More Than Just Physical Fitness:

For Cathleen, Pilates goes beyond physical fitness. It's a practice that fosters mental well-being, body acceptance, and a deep connection with her breath and body. She credits Pilates with helping her quiet her mind, focus on the present moment, and appreciate her body's incredible capabilities.
